1. Products and Descriptions
We publish product descriptions, ingredients, allergen information, and Nutrition Facts as accurately as we can. Food varies naturally in appearance. If a material description or price is wrong, we may correct it, cancel an affected order, and issue a full refund.
2. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change before purchase. The checkout price controls. Taxes and shipping appear before payment. Shopify and its payment processors process payment. By submitting an order, you authorize the charge, including recurring charges when you affirmatively start a subscription.
3. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy and is accepted when we send confirmation. We may decline or cancel for suspected fraud, inventory or pricing errors, unauthorized resale, or quantities outside normal household use. A cancelled order is refunded.
4. Shipping
Our Shipping & Returns page controls rates, destinations, timing, and claims. We currently ship to the Lower 48, Washington, DC, Alaska, and Hawaii—not territories, APO/FPO, or international addresses.
Delivery dates are estimates. Risk of loss passes upon delivery by the carrier.
5. Problems With an Order
Report damage, melting, incorrect items, or other compromise within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the product and shipping packaging. Approved claims are refunded or replaced as appropriate.
Approved heat-related refunds or replacements are generally limited to one claim per customer, household, or delivery address during any rolling 12-month period. We may decline repeated, undocumented, or abusive claims while retaining discretion for unusual circumstances.
6. The Warrior Promise
We do not accept physical returns of food. If your first order simply is not for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We may refund or replace that first purchase without requiring a return. This satisfaction promise is limited to one approved claim per customer or household and excludes repeat orders, later subscription shipments, misuse, and purchases from unauthorized sellers.
7. Subscriptions
Automatic renewal. When you choose Subscribe & Save and affirm the recurring terms, you authorize the amount shown at checkout today and at the selected interval—currently every 2, 4, 6, or 8 weeks—until cancelled.
Discount and shipping. Subscriptions receive 10% off. Taxes and any shipping are shown at checkout.
Changes and cancellation. Before the next processing date, you may pause, change, or cancel through the customer portal or by emailing contact@withawarrior.com. No call or retention script is required. Changes after processing begins apply to the following renewal. If a renewal charges after an effective cancellation, contact us for a refund.
Price changes. We will email you at least 30 days before a subscription price change takes effect. You may cancel before the new price applies.
Payments and availability. Failed payments may be retried with notice. Unavailable product may delay or skip a renewal. Keep payment and address details current.
8. Food and Allergen Notice
Always read the pouch before eating. WithaWarrior Mix contains milk, soy, and tree nuts (pistachios, Brazil nuts, almonds, cashews, hazelnuts, and pecans). It is manufactured in a facility that processes peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, sesame, egg, soy, and dairy products.
Brazil nuts are naturally high in selenium; enjoy the mix as part of a varied diet and follow the labeled serving size. This product is food, not medicine or a dietary supplement, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Nothing on the site is medical advice.
Store cool and dry, out of direct sunlight. Reseal after opening and use within the best-by window.
9. Promotions and Errors
Unless stated otherwise, codes are limited to one per order, may not be combined, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn before use. We may correct pricing, product, or processing errors. If a correction materially affects an order, we will offer the option to proceed or cancel for a refund.
