Frequently Asked
Questions
What exactly is in the formula?
Precision fuel, and absolutely zero fillers. Every pouch contains a calculated ratio of Cape Gooseberries, Goji Berries, Albanese® Milk Chocolate Blueberries, Brazil Nuts, Pistachios, Almonds, Cashews, Hazelnuts, and Pecans. The full sourcing story is in the Provisions Ledger on the home page.
Am I locked into my subscription?
Never. When you Subscribe & Save, you retain absolute control over your supply line. You can pause, modify, or cancel your automatic delivery at any time through your customer portal. No questions asked.
Is this suitable for specific dietary protocols?
Our mix is built around nutrient-dense whole foods: rare superfruits, premium tree nuts, and real milk chocolate. It contains tree nuts, milk, and soy, and is made in a facility that also processes peanuts, wheat, sesame, and egg. It contains no peanuts and no raisin or peanut filler. Always review the full ingredient panel above if you manage allergies or sensitivities.
What is the optimal shelf life?
Each batch is sealed for peak freshness. For best flavor and nutrient integrity, consume within the best-by window printed on your pouch.
How should I store my supply?
Cool, dry, and out of direct sunlight. Reseal the pouch after each ration. In serious Texas heat, the pantry beats the truck cab. The chocolate will thank you.
When is the best time to consume the mix?
Whenever the work demands it: pre-training, mid-shift, on the trail, or as the afternoon ration that replaces the vending machine. It's engineered for sustained, crash-free energy rather than a spike.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States. Join the ranks on our contact page if you'd like to be notified when your region opens.
