Subscription Details
Subscribe & Save is available on the 3-Pack and 6-Pack, with delivery every 2, 4, 6, or 8 weeks based on the frequency selected at checkout. Each subscription order receives 10% off. Subscriptions are not available to order until finished inventory is packed and released.
Pricing and billing
The displayed subscription price is charged when the first order is placed and again on each scheduled renewal until the subscription is paused or cancelled. Taxes and shipping, when applicable, are added at checkout. If we ever change your subscription price, we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. You can modify or cancel before the new price applies. No silent increases, ever.
Shipping
- Contiguous U.S.: $7.99 standard shipping below $70; free standard shipping at $70 or more after discounts.
- The discounted 3-Pack ($71.10) and 6-Pack ($134.10) qualify for free contiguous-U.S. standard shipping under the current threshold.
- The Single Supply is available as a one-time purchase only.
- Alaska and Hawaii: $19.99 Standard or $24.99 Express.
- U.S. territories and international destinations are not served at launch.
Managing your subscription
Use the customer subscription portal linked from your confirmation and account pages to pause, modify, or cancel before the next processing date. Changes made after an order begins processing may apply to the following renewal. Keep your payment method and shipping address current before each renewal.
Availability and failed payments
Renewal orders remain subject to inventory availability and successful payment authorization. If payment fails, the subscription platform may retry the charge and send account notices. An unavailable product may delay or prevent a renewal order.
