Dispatch & Fulfillment

Processing time. All supplies are staged and shipped within 24–48 hours of your requisition.

Transit times. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days within the continental United States. You will receive a tracking transmission the moment your supply leaves our facility.

Subscription deliveries. Subscribers are placed on priority routing. Your replenishment will automatically process and ship on your exact 2-week or 4-week interval.

At WITHAWARRIOR™, we do not produce "trail mix." We engineer premium performance fuel. Our commitment to excellence starts with the sourcing of every single ingredient and continues through our small-batch production process. We utilize precise, laboratory-grade blending to ensure that every pouch meets our uncompromising standards for nutrient density, texture, and flavor profile.

Because our fuel is crafted using raw, high-potency superfoods and premium chocolate without artificial stabilizers, we maintain a strictly controlled supply chain. Once a pouch leaves our climate-controlled facility, we cannot guarantee the environmental conditions it is subjected to. To ensure every customer receives only the freshest, untampered-with supply, directly from our hands to yours, we maintain the following operational policy:

All Sales Are Final

Due to the premium, consumable nature of our product and our strict adherence to food safety protocols, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for opened or unopened pouches once they have been dispatched from our facility.

Transit Compromises

If your supply is severely damaged in transit by the carrier, you must contact Headquarters within 48 hours of the documented delivery time. You must provide clear photographic evidence of both the damaged shipping box and the compromised product pouch. Replacements for carrier damage are issued at the sole discretion of our operations team.
